Land Portfolio Pacific Coast, Panama

Creating a managed exit strategy for a portfolio of five properties situated in the emerging Pacific Coast tourism market, which forms part of the UNESCO recognized Coiba Marine Reserve ecosystem.

The portfolio has been assembled over 30 years and comprises 10,000 acres of diverse coastal land holdings. The five properties range from large-scale pristine habitats to smaller-scale strategic holdings in established nature- based tourism destinations.

We undertook a detailed analysis of each site, including:

  • Asset and infrastructure analysis
  • Ecosystem integrity and natural capital assessment
  • Proposed development yield and delivery strategy

The outcomes were individual market-based valuations that inform a targeted sales strategy. We are currently appointed as the marketing representative; supporting our client to engage the market, and facilitating due diligence processes with interested parties.
