Kilima Lodge, Tanzania

Built in 2015, Milton Group were the developers of this stunning 5-bedroom homestead where cutting edge technology sits side by side with one of world’s most ancient and important ecosystems.

The project was completed for the late Paul Allen as part of the Sasakwa Hillside Lodges program, attracting philanthropic families to support the protection of this extraordinary 140,000 hectare property.

The lodge has 5 suites, 20m lap pool, private jacuzzis, media room, music studio, and multiple outdoor dining areas, all supported by sophisticated AVIT systems. The project was designed and built to internationally recognised sustainability framework LEED for Homes, receiving Gold Certification – the first of its kind in East Africa.
