Isla Secas Resort, Panama

Milton Group conducted a business plan audit and market repositioning exercise to relaunch an existing adventure hospitality product into a world-class 5-star sustainable resort destination.

Re-opened to the public in December 2018, this extraordinary property is part of a 14-island archipelago in the pristine ocean wilderness of the Gulf of Chiriqui. The resort runs on 100% renewable energy and offers 18 guests the ultimate sustainable barefoot luxury experience.

On behalf of our client, Belvedere Capital, we defined a 15 Yr investment plan to ensure positive EBITDA. The work involved the analysis of the existing operations, master planning, development programming, sustainable infrastructure concepts and a market repositioning strategy.
