In 2019, Milton Group and Peace Parks Foundation agreed to work together to rethink ways to release value from large-scale landscapes.
Together, we are analyzing potential tourism investment models for three parks in Mozambique, covering over 5 million acres of important habitat. Our business planning work includes developing management agreement frameworks for government partnerships, land use and development models, and financial investment programs to attract specialist investment capital.
The business plans are structured to support the formation of tourism circuits in Southern Mozambique. These will be used to attract international best-in- class market-makers who will operate within the Public Private Partnership structure agreed between Peace Parks and the Mozambican Government.
